Overview:

The Mechanical Engineer will support the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems related to commuter facilities — such as pumps, fans, lifts, or ventilation equipment — ensuring functionality, safety, and LTA compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, test, and maintain mechanical assets and components.
  • Support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
  • Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and mechanical system reports.
  • Coordinate with contractors and ensure compliance with equipment standards and specifications.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical system maintenance or installation.
  • Familiar with LTA requirements, SS531, and relevant local codes.
  • Strong coordination skills and knowledge of M&E systems in public infrastructure.
