Job Description
- Plan and perform preventive maintenance measures and carry out routine inspection and servicing to ensure all machines and equipment are serviced on time.
- Perform root cause analysis to resolve machine and equipment issues when arise and carry out necessary repair works.
- Analyse and identify the area of improvement for the current machinery construction & design and equipment performance.
- Update the mechanical and electrical maintenance works, records and changes.
- Monitor, report and oversee on manufacturing and assembly work progress.
- Perform Quality Control check and monitor of all manufacturing & inbound materials.
- Liaison with OEM factory on product quality, progression and develop product improvement plan.
- Build rapport with project contractors, installers, facility owners & OEM for smooth project execution and hand-over.
- Attend site meeting for site progress coordination, problem-solving, variation orders and decision-making leading to successful project completion.
- Lead in executing testing & commissioning, installation inspection and to support on-site engineering requirements.

- Possess at least Certification, preferably in Electrical.
- At least 2 years experience in related industry (Mechanical & Electrical).
- Experienced in engineering maintenance practices.
- Experienced with Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).
- Mechanical and electrical design knowledge.
- Forklift license.
- Use of software applications.
