- At least 3-5 years relevant experience;
- Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English (including Mandarin).
- Knowledgable with EAM business model and VCC fund preferrably;
- Passionate and diligent, proactive, detail-minded, analytical-thinking and able to perform in a professional manner; and
- Willing to work as part of a team player, where interdependencies will be common and ongoing.
- Ensure the operations of business as an EAM is compliant with applicable regulations by MAS, including assist in conducting client pre-onboarding, on-boarding and ongoing due diligence, ongoing transaction monitoring etc;
- Participate in the company’s compliance framework setting, to enforce, review and upgrade from time-to-time;
- Draft and submit returns and surveys to regulators;
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks including reviewing and maintaining internal data bases and records, and where necessary, optimise internal workflows by enhancing documents and checklists;
- Timely report and escalate matters to group level's compliance manager and;
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
