Responsibilities:

Assist in managing investment administration processes, including fund operations, reporting, and compliance.
Support financial reporting, accounting, and reconciliation related to investments.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and fund administrators.
Monitor and track portfolio investments, capital calls, and distributions.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
Assist in preparing investment reports and presentations.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth investment operations.
Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

Min 3-5 years' experience in fund administration
Proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written) to liaise with Japanese-speaking stakeholders
Background from Big 4, fund administration houses, PE/VC firms is preferred
Knowledge of investments and financial reporting
Accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) is required
