Responsibilities:

• Global overall Program in charge lead. Lead and direct cross-functional team in program execution
• Responsible for overall program success (Included Tooling, Molding and Automation).
• Lead and work with BD/Project Engineer.
• Ensure proper qualification of new projects and successful implementation of programs in the production/manufacturing unit.
• Track and monitor project progress to ensure project schedules and cost objectives are met.
• Actively follow on sales leads and take lead in business development. Develop new customer accounts and commit to achieve share sales goals and targets.
• Serve as primary technical contact with customers on strategic or politically sensitive issues
• Provide support to BD manager/Director/VP in generating quotation for molding projects involving new toolings.
• Work with Manufacturing on developing and establishing workflows and production concepts (to optimize production efficiency &meet customers’ requirements).
• Identify and specify engineering requirements for new projects.
• Initiate equipment procurement activities for new projects when needed (with Purchasing).
• Plan and execute tooling qualification activities with supporting groups to achieve successful project execution.
• Tooling spares strategies management with customer.
• Production equipment capacity management with Planning and operation.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 6 years relevant experience
• Good knowledge of project management & production process
• Good verbal and written communication in English
• Team player, good interpersonal skills, and good program management skills.
• Independent, good initiative and able to multitask in fast paced environment
