Overview

We are looking for an experienced Market Making Systems Architect to lead the design and development of a high-performance trading technology stack supporting crypto derivatives market making.

This is a foundational role where you will architect and scale the firm's entire trading platform - from exchange connectivity and market data infrastructure to low-latency quoting engines and risk systems. You will work closely with traders and engineers to build a resilient, production-grade system capable of operating across multiple global exchanges.

• Architect and build a production-grade market-making platform, including pricing engines, quoting engines, order management systems, market data pipelines, and risk controls
• Lead the design and development of low-latency trading infrastructure within cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, GCP)
• Develop and maintain exchange connectivity, managing the nuances and idiosyncrasies of different crypto derivatives venues
• Build simulation and testing frameworks to support strategy development, validation, and stress testing
• Design systems with high availability and resilience, including automated failover, redundancy, and protections against exchange outages, API instability, and rate limits
• Partner closely with traders and quantitative teams on strategy implementation, pricing models, and operational workflows
• Establish engineering best practices, code quality standards, and CI/CD processes for scalable development

• 10+ years of experience building real-time trading systems, market-making platforms, or HFT infrastructure
• Strong programming expertise in C++ or Rust for performance-critical systems, with Python commonly used for supporting tooling or research infrastructure
• Proven experience architecting end-to-end trading systems, including market data ingestion, order routing, execution systems, and risk controls
• Solid understanding of low-latency system design and performance optimization
• Experience working with exchange APIs, including WebSocket, REST, and FIX-style protocols
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and networking, with experience optimizing performance in non-co-located environments
• Proven ability to collaborate closely with traders, quants, and engineering teams to deliver production trading systems
