Sales Coordinator

A high-end developer of modern upmarket residential properties in choice locations that cater to discerning individuals with refined tastes and high expectations.

We are looking for dedicated people with drive, initiative and enthusiasm to join us as Sales Coordinator.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of sales administrative and general support such as reports, handling of mail services (internal and external), handling of documents, on-site support (pre and post-sales) and launch support to optimize the work flow in the Sales & Marketing Business Unit.
• Maintain a systematic filing system for all paperwork with regards to transactions, quotation and payment invoices, and any department-related required paperwork.
• Assist to organise regular meetings, prepare weekly duty rosters for the sales personnel, maintain and update of weekly internal and market transactions for regular reporting.
• Handle all enquiries directed to the Sales and Marketing Business unit, with proper report and management of enquiry database.
• Ensure the adequacy of sales related materials and equipment such as brochures and laptop, stationery, software updates, on-site showflats required inventory, launch required inventory and equipment etc.
• Assist in the preparation, organising, hands-on setup and manpower support such as sales launch or events etc.
• Assist in hands-on set-up and ensure the show flats are ready for viewing at all times, including coordination, supervision and liaison with regular cleaning, network and other related vendors.
• Assist in supervision of furniture relocation, warehousing, pre and post-sales and packing and delivery of festive gifts, where required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (to serve Mandarin-speaking customers).
• Candidate must be hands-on, resourceful, organised and meticulous.
