We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment needs, with the main focus on hiring Security Officers & operational manpower.
Responsibilities- Source, screen & recruit Security Officers & related operational staff
- Post job advertisements & manage responses from job portals & recruitment channels
- Conduct initial interviews & assess candidates’ suitability
- Coordinate with Operations on manpower requirements & deployment needs
- Follow up with candidates on documentation, onboarding & reporting arrangements
- Maintain proper recruitment records & provide regular recruitment updates
- Minimum GCE “O” Level / NITEC / Diploma or equivalent
- Preferably at least 2 years’ recruitment experience in the security industry or similar manpower-intensive industry
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Proactive, resourceful & able to work independently
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment & meet recruitment targets
