Company Director / Executive Director

Overview

The Director works closely with senior leadership, the board, and key stakeholders to drive sustainable growth and organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategy
• Lead strategic planning and ensure alignment across all departments
• Identify growth opportunities, risks, and market trends

• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements
• Uphold high standards of ethics, integrity, and accountability
• Report regularly to the Board of Directors and implement board decisions

• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Ensure financial controls, risk management, and sustainability
• Approve major investments, expenditures, and contracts

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate senior executives and management teams
• Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven culture
• Ensure effective succession planning and talent development

• Represent the company to shareholders, partners, regulators, and the public
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Act as the primary spokesperson when required

• Proven experience(s) of at least 5 years in a senior executive or director-level role
• Strong strategic, financial, and operational leadership skills
• Experience working with boards and corporate governance structures
• Excellent decision-making, communication, and negotiation abilities

• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
