About the Role
We are hiring a Part-Time Chocolatier on a 6-month contract basis. You will work closely with our Head Chocolatier and be trained in our chocolate production techniques. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in pastry or chocolate-making and a commitment to learning and working with care and precision.

Location: Our production kitchen at Loewen by Dempsey Hill
What You'll Be DoingAssisting in the production of chocolate bonbons, bars, and confections
Tempering, moulding, filling, and packaging chocolate
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Supporting the Head Chocolatier and team with daily prep and orders
What We’re Looking ForStrong work ethic and attention to detail
Eagerness to learn and a genuine interest in chocolate or pastry
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Bonus: Food Hygiene Certificate and prior chocolate or pastry experience
Training will be provided, so this role is suitable for someone looking to grow their skills in a professional chocolate kitchen.
