Electrical Engineer Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor subcontractors' work progress to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, materials, and method statements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors on project execution, technical submissions, and site matters.
• Review electrical drawings and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between electrical, M&E, structural, architectural, and client requirements.
• Manage project schedules and ensure works are completed within timeline and quality standards.
• Attend site meetings, progress meetings, and technical discussions with stakeholders.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and construction documents for implementation.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site safety, quality, and compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.
• Allocate tasks to site supervisors and subcontractors and ensure work is completed according to project specifications and SOPs.
• Prepare progress reports and support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in LTA projects is an advantage
• Electrical experience preferred over purely mechanical background
• Familiar with industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements
