Position: Account Assistant
Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday Alternate

Salary: $2400 to $3000

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in AR/AP data entry.
Prepare payment voucher for supplier payment.
Handle general administrative duties, including filing, responding to emails, answering phone calls, and supporting daily office operations.
Handle workers monthly claims and petty cash.
Handle petrol card maintainance and prepare monthly report to Account Manager.
Any other duties assigned by Account Manager.

Requirement:

Minimum qualification: GCE "O" / "N" Level, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in accounting field.
Able to work independently.
