Responsibilities:

• Take charge of a Sales Promoters team and provide guidance to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Manage distributor and trade partners accounts to achieve annual sales targets.
• Create and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the marketing department.
• Participate in monthly discussions about sales and orders planning.
• Harmonize the promotion of our brands and products.
• Foster and improve connections with designated distributors and trade partners.
• Supervise, execute, and track sales objectives for distributors and trade partners to meet designated sales targets.
• Achieve the company's monthly and annual sales goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Candidate should possess Diploma/Degree in Business or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar function
• Possess strong track record in sales performance
• Independent and resourceful while exhibiting leadership qualities
• Possess personal vehicle
• Able to travel overseas for work purposes
