The Role

Responsible for performing eye examinations, giving advice on visual problems and providing primary vision care using specialist diagnostic equipment.

Key Accountabilities

Ensure daily operations are running efficiently
Check for signs and symptoms of general health conditions through observations and communications with patients to get a detailed case history
Ability to use specialist equipment for diagnosis and examinations of patient's eyes to detect signs of injury, diseases and defects in vision
Provide advice and reassurance to patients about matters related in vision
Deliver high quality patient care
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Optometry or equivalent
Registered with Singapore's Optometrists and Opticians Board (OOB)
Preferably with 1 year's relevant work experience
