Job Description
Pay: $10 - $15 /hour
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Admin Executive to support our daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, resourceful, and able to work independently. You will assist with a variety of office tasks to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Respond to phone calls and emails in a courteous and professional manner
- Ensure accurate documentation
- Perform additional administrative duties as required or assigned
Requirements:
- GCE ‘A’ Level / Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Able to work independently
