Operations Executive

- Review existing processes, identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements to manage and optimize company's procedures.
- Ensure that services provided meet quality standards. To this end, the operations executive will need to set benchmarks and service quality criteria.
- Responsible for managing resources and ensure they are used efficiently, viz. manpower planning, materials and time management.
- Oversee the logistic and supply chain and co-ordinates with the various departments and vendors.
- To manage a team and to schedule tasks, assign jobs and conduct performance evaluation.
- Ensure company complies with regulatory authorities' requirements.
- Responsible for budget preparation to prevent wastage of financial resources.
- Be involved in customer service excellence.
- Be involved in crisis management efforts, e.g. sudden disruption in the industry due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Ensure that staff are well trained with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform efficiently.
