We are seeking a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our team and play a key role in delivering automation solutions that improve efficiency and productivity across business functions. This role goes beyond coding -- we're looking for someone who can also gather requirements, engage stakeholders, and drive meaningful automation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze automation requirements
Translate business processes into RPA workflows with clear documentation
Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using UiPath or equivalent tools
Maintain and support existing automation workflows, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and developers
Provide training, demos, and documentation for users and teams adopting automation solutions
Continuously explore ways to optimize and improve automated processes
Stay updated on RPA trends, best practices, and UiPath ecosystem developments

Job Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience in RPA development, preferably using UiPath
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to function as a hybrid RPA Developer + Business Analyst, translating business needs into automation solutions
Prior experience in documenting business processes and gathering requirements is an advantage
Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as C#, Python, or JavaScript
Hands-on experience in delivering end-to-end automation projects from analysis to deployment.
Fresh graduates with relevant automation project experience are welcome to apply.
