We are hiring a head chef for our restaurant

Requirements:

At least 3 years experience as head chef in a professional kitchen

Experience in old sichuan cuisine

Experience and knowledge in Chinese spices are required

Experience using big chinese wok for blast frying dishes

Able to research and develope new dishes to expand menu

Experience in providing and structuring training for junior cooks

Good network and able to liaise with food suppliers to get seasonal produce suited for cuisine
