Job Summary:

Salary: up to $3200 (Depending on experience and qualification)
Location: West Region
Working Days: 5.25 Working Days Staggered Office Hours

Job Responsibilities

Provide basic health education to improve patients’ knowledge on lifestyle management, social and physical activities, as well as advise patients on vaccination requirements
Assisting in coordinating and providing patient care activities
To use of IT systems to track, perform and document established clinical indicators and care given to patient
Perform basic parameter measurements, close preventive screening and vaccination gaps in relation to national programs and initiatives

Job Requirements

Diploma in Health Promotion or equivalent will be an advantage
Prior healthcare experience will be an advantage
Customer-oriented with good verbal and written communication skills
A team player with good interpersonal & communication skills
Passionate to work in the healthcare industry
