About the role
We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join the team at Megagoal Pte Ltd in the Tai Seng North-East Region. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of sales orders, purchase orders and invoicing activity.As a Sales Coordinator, you will also be providing essential administrative and operational support.
Key responsibilities- Process Sales Order, Purchase Order and Invoice through SAP system.
- Work with accounts department for customer and supplier payment.
- Sort and file invoices, scan and email to customers.
- Monthly stock take, weekly update of customer reschedule report.
- Answer phone calls.
- Ad hoc administrative duties such as receive guest, monitor stationery stock level, aircon servicing or repair scheduling.
- ISO Document Controller role, take meeting minutes and check first aid box on quarterly basis.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Fast, accurate and hardworking
- Independent, adaptable
- Good working attitude
