We are seeking a highly organized and driven Centre Manager to oversee our daily operations, drive student enrolment, and ensure an exceptional experience for our students and parents. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in customer service and operational management within the education sector.

• Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the tuition centre, ensuring a safe, clean, and conducive learning environment.
• Enrolment & Growth: Drive student acquisition and retention strategies to meet and exceed active enrolment targets.
• Customer Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, handling inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution with professionalism and care.
• Administrative Management: Manage class scheduling, staff rosters, and center logistics to ensure smooth daily transitions.
• Financial Administration: Invoicing, and debt recovery processes using our centralized management applications.
• Team Support: Coordinate with tutors and operational staff to align on academic goals and internal policies.

• Experience: Proven experience in operations management, centre coordination, or customer service leadership, preferably within the education or enrichment industry.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with parents, students, and staff.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using digital communication hubs, invoicing software, and standard office applications.
• Problem-Solving: Strong ability to handle high-pressure situations, manage parent expectations, and resolve operational bottlenecks efficiently.
• Financial Acumen: Basic understanding of accounting principles for managing tuition payment and center expenses.
