About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SaaS Application Engineer with deep expertise in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) to configure, support, and optimize packaged and SaaS applications. You will act as a subject matter expert, lead a team, and collaborate across multiple functions to ensure system stability, performance, and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support packaged/SaaS applications, adapting features and managing releases.
Utilize APIs, standard tools, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs.
Lead and mentor a team, making key technical and operational decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to enterprise-level decisions.
Provide solutions to technical challenges across multiple teams.
Master proficiency in ServiceNow CSM to drive application excellence.
Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure quality and reliability.
Lead cross-functional team meetings to align on project goals and deliverables.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
Continuously evaluate and implement best practices in application development and support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Master proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
Advanced proficiency in Packaged Development Estimating, Packaged Application Integration, SaaS Testing, and Software Platforms.
Strong leadership skills with proven experience in team management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide solutions across multiple teams.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
