HR Executive (Payroll & Business Partner)

Payroll Management- Manage end-to-end payroll processing of approximately 700 employees accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (tax, CPF, labor laws, etc.)
- Maintain payroll records, employee data, and confidential information
- Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with finance and external vendors (if applicable)
- Act as a trusted HR partner to assigned departments
- Support managers with employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Support organizational change and HR projects as needed
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
- Maintain HR documentation and reports
- Ensure HR processes are efficient and compliant with company policies
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to payroll processing
- Solid understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance
- Experience in an HR Business Partner or advisory role is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and high level of confidentiality
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and MS Excel
