Job scope:
- Provide one-on-one customer service.
- Inform customers of ongoing promotions, new collections, and special events.
- Keep up to date with new arrivals, best sellers, and stock levels to recommend appropriate products to clients.
- Manage and process transactions efficiently.
- Ensure store maintains cleanliness and visual standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in mid-end retail environment is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using POS systems
