Clinical Research Coordinator (up to $3.4k)

You will work closely with investigators, clinicians, and research teams to deliver meaningful outcomes that advance healthcare research.

• Salary: Up to $3.4k (6-month contract, extendable)
• Working Hours: Monday–Friday (8.00am–4.30pm), Saturday (8.00am–12.30pm)

• Subject Recruitment & Follow-up: Recruit and screen patients, explain study aims, obtain consent, administer questionnaires, and manage follow-ups.
• Research & Documentation: Collect and manage study data, maintain consent and blood collection records, and ensure compliance with research protocols.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with clinicians, investigators, and lab teams to set up workflows for research recruitment and data collection.
• Compliance & Audit Support: Prepare required submissions, study amendments, reports, and audit-ready documentation.
• Assist with additional delegated tasks and ensure high standards of professionalism and record keeping.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Public Health, or Social Science
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience (preferred) – Fresh graduates are welcome
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Human Biomedical Research Act (HBRA) preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently and in teams
• Willing to travel between hospitals and external study sites as needed
