Job Summary
- Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 6.30pm and Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm
- Work location: 100 High Street (Nearest MRT City Hall)
- Employment type: 6 months contract (extendable to another 6 months)
- Support Customer Account and Tax operations while driving co-ownership of issues and solutions across Whole-of-Government stakeholders
- Track and manage requests, ensuring timely follow-ups, issue resolution and efficient processing
- Coordinate with system integrators and stakeholders on integration, deployment and post-implementation hypercare support, ensuring accurate documentation and resolving agencies’ queries
- Support system configuration, testing (System Integration Testing/User Acceptance Testing), and continuous improvements through change requests and new feature releases
- Engage agencies and stakeholders to understand the systems landscape and gather requirements, feedback, and drive timely responses
- Conduct briefing and training to agencies on any new changes and functionalities
- Maintain and update project documentation and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Tetiary education in Accountancy, Business, Finance, IT, Systems or related disciplines
- Understanding of finance processes such as Account Receivable, Taxes and GST
- Understanding in financial/billing systems, XBRL, XML and interface as well as system implementation is a bonus
- Good critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
