Job Summary
  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 6.30pm and Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm
  • Work location: 100 High Street (Nearest MRT City Hall)
  • Employment type: 6 months contract (extendable to another 6 months)
Key Responsibilities
  • Support Customer Account and Tax operations while driving co-ownership of issues and solutions across Whole-of-Government stakeholders
  • Track and manage requests, ensuring timely follow-ups, issue resolution and efficient processing
  • Coordinate with system integrators and stakeholders on integration, deployment and post-implementation hypercare support, ensuring accurate documentation and resolving agencies’ queries
  • Support system configuration, testing (System Integration Testing/User Acceptance Testing), and continuous improvements through change requests and new feature releases
  • Engage agencies and stakeholders to understand the systems landscape and gather requirements, feedback, and drive timely responses
  • Conduct briefing and training to agencies on any new changes and functionalities
  • Maintain and update project documentation and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency
Requirements
  • Tetiary education in Accountancy, Business, Finance, IT, Systems or related disciplines
  • Understanding of finance processes such as Account Receivable, Taxes and GST
  • Understanding in financial/billing systems, XBRL, XML and interface as well as system implementation is a bonus
  • Good critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
