We are looking for a Finance - Receiving Officer to join our SLS Family!

Key Responsibilities

Receiving Operations
  • Verify all goods received against approved Purchase Orders, Market Lists, or Purchase Requisitions.
  • Check quantity, quality, and condition of goods upon delivery.
  • Ensure all delivery orders and invoices are properly signed, dated, and time-stamped.
  • Assist in raising credit notes for rejected or incorrect goods.
  • Match delivery orders with invoices for food and beverage items.
Inventory & Quality Control
  • Support accurate and timely stock receipt to outlets and storerooms.
  • Assist with stock rotation to prevent spoilage and wastage.
  • Ensure goods and storerooms comply with food hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards.
Administrative Support
  • Prepare and maintain daily receiving records and reports.
  • File purchase orders, market lists, and other receiving documentation accurately.
  • Assist with after-hours receiving reports where required.
  • Work closely with Finance, Purchasing, Stores, and operational departments.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in receiving, stores, logistics, or hotel operations is an advantage but not required.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with basic administrative and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with internal departments and external suppliers.
  • Willingness to learn and demonstrate initiative.
