Customer Service Executive

Job Description:

• Arrange and coordinate transportation services, including heavy lift and oversized cargo shipments
• Work closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure service excellence
• Prepare and ensure accurate documentation for import/export shipments, cargo clearance, and customs clearance
• Manage administrative tasks related to trucking, warehousing, hub operations, and cargo surveys
• Liaise with customers for transportation bookings and assist with stuffing/unstuffing documentation and photo records
• Assist in preparing quotations and propose alternative transport solutions where required
• Verify contractors’ invoices against billing records
• Communicate proactively with team members to resolve operational issues and improve processes
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level qualification
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in shipping, logistics, or the transportation industry
• Knowledge of heavy lift or oversized cargo handling will be an advantage
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, responsible, and a good team player
