Facility Admin Assistant & Receptionist
5 days, 8.30am to 6pm
Salary: $2000- $2200
Location: Penjuru, Singapore 609189 (Transport Pickup Provided at: Jurong East, Choa Chu Kang, Bishan & Serangoon)
Job Description:
- Act as the first point of contact for facility-related issues and coordinate necessary actions.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and building management for maintenance, cleaning, and repair works.
- Assist on workplace safety matters by supporting fire drills, safety checks, and compliance with WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) regulations.
- Track and schedule maintenance and servicing works for office infrastructure and equipment.
- Support the management of office assets, furniture, and equipment.
- Assist in setting up new workstations or office rearrangement projects.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and documentation tasks.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in facilities support and office administration is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
