F&B (Kitchen Assistant / Waiter / Waitress) - Hotel / Restaurant, Central - Toa Payoh

Summary Benefit :

• Basic Salary: $2500 - $2500
• Location : Central
• AWS, VB, BONUS, Staff meal provided

Responsibility :

Kitchen Assistant:

• Prepare food in accordance with established standards and recipes.
• Ensure sufficient ingredients are prepared for daily operations.
• Adhere to food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
• Keep the kitchen, cooking areas, equipment, and utensils clean and well-maintained.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Waiter / Waitress / Service Crew:

• Deliver attentive and courteous service to guests, including seating arrangements, taking orders
• Assist with daily restaurant setup, cleaning, and compliance with hygiene standards
• Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally and escalate issues when required

Requirement :

• Possess WSQ Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate
• Entry Level is welcome to apply. Training is provided
