Our innovative approach to growing, sourcing, and distribution sets us apart in the global market. To enhance our marketing and sales operations across Asia, we are building a new Route to Consumer (RTC) team to make a significant impact on how we reach and serve consumers.
About the role
As a Route to Consumer Executive for the Asia region, you will drive strategic RTC program development and implementation with our Country Managers and in-market sales teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Project management with in-market teams, aligned to our Asia RTC strategy
- Identify challenges, customize RTC frameworks and tools, and support our sales teams in their adoption
- Establish scorecards to track RTC performance across the Asia region and drive business improvements
- Utilize project management tools to track progress, generate reports, conduct evaluations, and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
Reporting to the Route to Consumer Manager Asia, this role is based in Singapore at the Galaxis-One North building.
About you
This is a unique role requiring a unique blend of skills and experience.- Experience in a Route to Consumer (RTC), Route to Market (RTM), or similar commercial development / business improvement role within the FMCG / CPG sectors
- Sound understanding of the MT and GT landscape in Asia including best-practice trade marketing, distribution, and executional standards
- Expertise in project management with the ability to manage multiple projects and achieve stakeholder engagement and alignment.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect financial, operational, and market insights, and turn strategy into action.
