Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)

Job Summary

This position is pivotal in managing patient feedback to enhance overall patient satisfaction and experience during their journey with us.

• Ensure complaints are managed expeditiously to enhance overall efficiency and improve overall patient experience.
• Provide sound recommendations to internal stakeholders and addressing patient’s feedback confidently to achieve an amicable resolution.
• Establish regular communication channels to ensure all involved parties are informed throughout the investigation process.
• Ensure that the information gathered is comprehensive, relevant, and accurate, minimizing the need for rework.
• Ensure the administrative work and co-ordination of Family Conference between stakeholders and patients are well-managed.
• Ensure projects assigned are executed on time, on target and with quality.

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in customer service environment, preferably in healthcare setting.
• Entry level are welcomed to apply.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess good writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across all levels or stakeholders.
• Ability to crystallise issues and identify root causes to facilitate effective resolution strategies.
• Ability to maintain composure and clarity of thought under difficult situations.
• Experience in using Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
