WatchLab Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based luxury watch service centre specializing in watch repair, servicing, polishing, authentication, and restoration. Led by Swiss-trained watchmakers, it provides expert care for premium timepieces using genuine parts and professional-grade equipment.As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team.
What You’ll DoAttend to customer inquiries via walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media channels.
Provide professional advice on watch repair, servicing, polishing, and authentication services.
Receive watches for servicing and accurately record customer and watch details.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and service orders using the company's management system.
Follow up with customers on repair status, collection arrangements, and after-sales service.
Coordinate with technicians and watchmakers to ensure timely service completion.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
Maintain customer database and service history records.
Assist in showroom operations, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
Support sales and marketing activities, including promotions and customer engagement campaigns.
Perform administrative duties and prepare periodic reports as required.
What We’re Looking For✅ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
✅ Prior experience in the luxury watch or pawnshop industry is an advantage.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
✅ Able to commit to retail hours(including weekends), 5 days per week.
