IT Executive

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy IT Support Executive to provide end-user support and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across hardware, software, and network systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, improving systems, and contributing to digital transformation through automation and application support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level helpdesk support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, applications, and user devices
• Support network connectivity, system performance, and resolve technical issues promptly
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and password resets
• Ensure IT security, antivirus protection, and data backup processes are in place
• Maintain IT asset inventory, including hardware, software, and licenses
• Provide remote support to offsite users and assist with mobile device setup
• Liaise with vendors for IT support, procurement, and maintenance

Application & Automation Support:

• Support and customise business applications (e.g. Zoho CRM, Desk, Projects, Creator, People)
• Develop and maintain internal workflows (e.g. leave, claims, onboarding processes)
• Assist in building internal portals and improving system usability
• Integrate systems with platforms such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or ERP systems
• Support automation initiatives using tools like Zoho Creator or Power Automate

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support experience
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking fundamentals
• Familiar with helpdesk tools and remote support solutions
• Experience with Zoho applications and workflow automation is highly preferred
• Exposure to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or ERP systems is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with users
• Experience in process automation and system integration is an advantage
