Work Location: Near Stadium MRTWork Hours: Mon - Fri (8.30AM - 6.00PM)
Job Description: My client is a dynamic organization that aims to promote an active lifestyle and bring people together through sports. We're looking for a passionate individual to join our team as a Temporary Project Manager (Facilities Management).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with stakeholders on design and equipment of facilities
- Conduct feasibility studies and develop planning proposals
- Oversee construction, testing, and handover of facilities
- Review plans and ensure compliance with specifications
- Manage consultants and contractors
- Ensure contract specifications and performance standards are met
Requirements:
- Degree in Property & Facilities Management
- Experience in FM Maintenance Management and procurement knowledge an advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Good working knowledge of maintenance and contracts
- Ability to multi-task and inspire people
- Passion for sports and active lifestyle
- Terms: 11-month contract
- Salary commensurate with experience and track record
