Manager (Financial Planning & Analysis)

As the FP&A Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, translating complex data into actionable recommendations to optimize our healthcare business units. You will work closely with the heads to provide critical analysis and decision support.

This role is targeted at high-performing professionals with a solid background in both financial analysis and data analytics, capable of bridging the gap between raw data and strategic recommendation.

• Performance Management: Monitor and interpret monthly financial and operational KPIs (e.g., patient volume, average bill size, clinic utilization).
• Business Intelligence: Maintain and improve automated Power BI dashboards, ensuring the leadership team has real-time visibility into clinic performance and operational metrics.
• Management Reporting: Prepare high-quality monthly management decks and quarterly Board-level presentations to highlight key business drivers, risks, and performance.
• Budgeting: Support the annual budgeting cycle in collaboration with divisional heads; perform deep-dive variance analysis to drive cost-efficiency and operational improvement.
• Business Partnering: Actively support divisional heads in building robust projections and scenario analyses to substantiate business plans, ensuring all initiatives demonstrate a clear ROI and a viable execution roadmap.
• Process Optimization: Partner with the wider Finance team to identify manual bottlenecks and implement automated workflows, enhancing reporting agility and data accuracy.
• Financial Modelling: Support the Finance team in building financial projections to evaluate new clinic openings, strategic acquisitions, and major capital expenditure projects.

• Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance or Big 4 advisory environment. Exposure to the Healthcare sector is highly advantageous.
• Professional Certification: CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA or CFA is highly preferred.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency Power BI dashboards (DAX, M Query), SQL and other modern data analytic tools.
• Attention to Details: High level of accuracy working with large and complex datasets; take ownership in maintaining zero-defect deliverables.
• Motivation & Initiative: Proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to acquire new skills and challenge the status quo.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate insights to different stakeholders and challenge assumptions effectively.
