Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (Investment / Excel / Research)

Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Administrative Support- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, presentations, reports, and agendas.
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and prepare for board meetings, client meetings, and company events.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Develop, maintain, and audit complex spreadsheets and financial models to track budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and operational metrics.
- Utilize advanced Excel/Google Sheets formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, PivotTables, nested functions) to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operational reports.
- Translate raw data into clear, actionable summaries and visualizations for executive review.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and business planning projects.
- Reconcile expenses, track departmental budgets, and prepare basic variance analyses.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives.
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced spreadsheet functions.
