To support our growth plans, we seek to recruit a collaborative, dynamic and results-driven individual to join us as a Finance Executive (Account Receivable)

Responsibilities:

Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, posting of receipts and reconciliation of accounts.
To document and update the accounting functions to identify the system and process that affect other departments.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of best practices and procedures for accounting.
Explore payment gateways to deliver seamless customers’ payment experience
Any other duties assigned by the Superior

Requirements:

At least ITE certificate in Accountancy / Business disciplines
Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in AR
Proficiency in Office application (Excel, Power point)
Meticulous with a flair for figures, independent, team player and able to meet tight deadlines
Have initiative and can work independently
Knowledge on SAP/ERP system will be an advantage
Candidate without the relevant experience are encouraged to apply as Officer level
