Production Supervisor - Sembawang

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations in our kueh and confectionery facility. This role ensures that production targets are met with consistent quality, hygiene, and efficiency, while managing a team of kitchen staff and production workers.

Requirements:

• Supervise daily production of kueh, traditional sweets, and other confectionery items
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in food production, preferably in kueh or confectionery
• Strong knowledge of traditional kueh recipes and preparation techniques
• Understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations (e.g., SFA, NEA standards)
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment
• Team player with strong communication and people management skills
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, or shifts (as required)

Working Conditions:

• Physical work in a kitchen or food production setting
• Standing for long hours; lifting of raw ingredients or trays may be required
• Early shift starts or flexible hours depending on production needs
