You’ll be responsible for:
- Processing mortgage repricing applications efficiently and accurately.
- Responding promptly to all customer service requests related to credit facility repricing.
- Contributing to initiatives that enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Maintaining consistently high service quality in all interactions.
- Ensuring full adherence to OCBC’s compliance and regulatory standards.

Who you are- A recent graduate from a Polytechnic or University with a diploma or degree in the relevant field.
- Customer oriented, with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Responsible, driven, confident, and self-motivated.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Possess sharp analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
