Job Description:

You will be part of the core team of Aw & Sons Group’s MBER branded serviced residences, club and co-living and your main role as Community Manager is to take charge of Mber Club, loyalty programs and events/networking session, and essentially our members’ and residents’ well-being, cohesion and continued loyalty.

You will be in charge of the running of Mber Club @ North Canal Road and also to drive the marketing, sales and promotion of the venues. As Mber @ Teck Chye Terrace nears its completion, you will be part of the core team at this new venue while also building a team and system to continue the smooth operations of the Mber Club ecosystem.

In general, you will play a vital role in building, engaging, and maintaining a community around our brand and venues, which include to develop and implement strategies to grow and engage the community, manage any collaborators and social media presence, respond to comments, feedback and resolve issues and foster relationships with members.
You have to ensure community guidelines are followed, and moderate discussions to maintain a positive and respectful environment, plan, schedule, organize and coordinate across multiple channels and expand the community’s reach. You have to develop and implement a comprehensive community strategy aligned with organizational goals as well as develop and implement crisis management plans to address community related issues.
You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skill to build relationships, and have the ability to resolve conflicts and issues within the community as well as the ability to understand and empathize with members’ concerns and needs.

You have to provide regular reports to the stakeholders on community performance, growth etc. and help on any ad hoc assignment in ensuring the organization runs smoothly, efficiently, and effectively and build a thriving community that supports the organization's goals and objective

Job Purpose:

The Community Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with partners, collaborators, residents and members through active engagement, both online and offline. This role ensures the organization builds a trusted reputation, fosters loyalty, and supports long-term growth by creating meaningful connections with its community.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Build and nurture relationships with residents, members, collaborators, stakeholders
  • Serve as the main point of contact for community-related queries and feedback.
  • Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders to strengthen professional networks.
Content & Communication
  • Create and manage professional communications, e-mailers, and updates to keep residents and members updated and interested in the property promotions, programs and events
  • Develop thought-leadership content and discussion topics to drive engagement in networking sessions and events.
  • Align communication strategies with the company’s corporate brand and objectives.
Events & Networking
  • Plan and manage corporate events, workshops, and networking sessions.
  • Foster opportunities for community, residents and members to connect and collaborate.
Monitoring & Insights
  • Track community engagement metrics, satisfaction levels, and industry trends.
  • Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for management.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen brand, collaboration and community impact.
Advocacy & Brand Building
  • Cultivate relationships with brand collaborators, key clients, and members etc
  • Promote the company’s values, initiatives, and projects across professional networks.
  • Ensure the community reflects the organization’s commitment to service excellence and corporate responsibility.
