Senior Media Sales Executive (High Commission | Up to $6K)

• Salary: Up to $3,700 basic + High Commission (avg. $1,500+; higher with performance)
• Gross Salary: Up to ~$6,000 (uncapped earning potential)
• Transport Allowance: $850/month
• Contract Type: Permanent
• Working Days: Monday – Friday
• Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm
• Location: Ubi (Macpherson area)

• Drive sales revenue by acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and media agency partners
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across industries
• Present and sell media solutions including digital advertising, events, and sponsorships
• Understand client objectives and propose tailored marketing solutions
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Provide sales forecasts and market insights to support business growth

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in media / advertising sales
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong hunter mindset with ability to close deals
• Good understanding of digital / media landscape (CTV / OTT is a plus)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently
