Social Media VA (Organic Branding & Content Support)

We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media VA to support a client’s personal branding and organic social media presence. The ideal candidate should be experienced in content scripting, video editing, and social media management focused on organic growth strategies.

• Assist in planning and managing the client’s social media presence
• Create content ideas and write engaging video scripts
• Edit short-form videos for social media platforms
• Cut, trim, and produce polished final video outputs from raw footage provided by the client
• Organize content calendars and posting schedules
• Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms
• Coordinate closely with the client regarding revisions and content direction
• Monitor engagement and provide basic social media support

• Organic social media management only (non-paid ads)
• Focused on branding, audience engagement, and content consistency
• Client will record the raw footage based on provided scripts
• VA will handle scripting, editing, polishing, and preparing the final video content

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation
• Skilled in video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of organic social media growth
• Creative eye for engaging short-form content
• Good communication and time management skills
• Able to work independently and meet agreed turnaround times
• Experience with personal branding content is a plus

This role focuses on Social Media Management (SMM) and organic branding strategies only. It does not include Social Media Ads (SMA) or paid advertising management. Organic growth and lead generation may take time and depend on content consistency and audience engagement.
