Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a driven and resourceful Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition to support and lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across diverse functions, including frontline and operational roles. This role is critical in strengthening our workforce pipeline, improving hiring efficiency and enhancing candidate experience in a fast-paced environment and will partner closely with the People & Culture Business Partners and Operations teams to ensure timely manpower fulfilment.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding for both operational and corporate roles (80% blue collars, 20% white collars)
• Manage recruitment pipelines, employer branding initiatives, job fairs, referral programs and digital recruitment platforms
• Strengthen employer branding through campaigns, recruitment marketing and partnerships
• Provide hiring insights and market intelligence to influence hiring strategies
• Review and enhance recruitment policies, SOPS and process automation initiatives to improve efficiency and candidate experience
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal recruitment governance standards
• Involved in the development of onboarding process of new staff including induction and settlement of new hires

• 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume or operations-driven industries
• Experience in frontline/mass hiring and employer branding initiatives is an advantage
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
