Senior Marketing Executive (West, Shopping Mall)

• Manage casual leasing portfolio (advertising panels, atrium spaces, pushcarts), including prospecting, negotiation, and execution.
• Direct digital marketing initiatives across social media platforms, ensuring effective campaign rollout and performance optimisation.
• Track, analyse, and present campaign metrics (KPIs, ROI, traffic, sales) while contributing to budgeting and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience in the retail malls, commercial real estate, or advertising agencies.
• Strong capabilities in campaign management, event execution, and digital marketing.
• Effective leader and communicator with stakeholder management experience.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
