You will deliver engaging, structured, and effective lessons that cater to a variety of learning styles and proficiency levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality IELTS preparation lessons in line with the curriculum.
• Teach all four components of the IELTS test (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking).
• Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to enhance learning.
• Conduct diagnostic tests, mock exams, and provide feedback for student improvement.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as necessary.
• Offer one-on-one or small-group support as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and academic performance.
• Stay updated with IELTS test formats and scoring trends.
• Participate in curriculum development and teacher training programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, TESOL, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• IELTS teaching certification (e.g., CELTA, TESOL, TEFL) is highly desirable.
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching IELTS, with proven results.
• C1/C2 level of English proficiency.
• Familiarity with the IELTS marking criteria and testing strategies.
• Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about teaching and student development.

Preferred Qualities:

• IELTS Band score 8.0 or above (with proof).
• Experience working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Ability to create a fun, supportive, and academically rigorous classroom environment.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using online learning platforms.
