Toa Payoh - Marketing Communications Executive

The Marketing Communications Executive is responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication initiatives to strengthen the company’s brand presence, support business objectives, and engage target audiences. The role involves planning, content creation, digital marketing, media relations, and coordination of campaigns across multiple channels.

• Develop and implement marketing communication strategies to support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• Create and manage content for digital platforms (website, social media, email campaigns, events, newsletters, etc.).
• Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Support media relations, including drafting press releases, liaising with media, and monitoring coverage.
• Work with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency across all communication materials.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing and communication initiatives.
• Assist in the production of marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, videos, etc.).
• Adhoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Min. 2-4 years of experience (those with prior experience in the F&B industry with knowledge of design software are an advantage)
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and content creation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Team player with a proactive and resourceful attitude
• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese an advantage (to liaise with Chinese associates)
