Billing assistant (fast shortlist | west | perm full time)

Working hours: 08.00am – 5.30pm

• Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of bills
• Prepare billing documents (Invoice, Delivery Order, Debit Note, Credit Note & Etc)
• Data entry into different accounting system
• Work closely with operation for billing
• Constantly review and streamline work processes for better efficiency and improve productivity.
• Manage complaints (Internal and external), liaise with customers
• Undertake ad hoc projects assigned from time to time

• Entry Level are welcomed to apply
• Diploma from a recognised institution with at least 2 years of working experience in a fast-paced environment will be preferred
• Must be meticulous and able to multi-task
• Possess strong analytical and problem resolution skills
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive mindset
• Possess initiative and drive with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines to meet.
• Ability to lead and handle obstacles to change or new process/ideas.
