Fitness Coach / Personal Trainer

Basic Salary: $3000 - $4000
Responsibilities:
- Lead fun, personalised one-to-one and small group training sessions tailored to each client’s goals.
- Support clients holistically with guidance on fitness, basic nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits.
- Create and adapt training programmes to help clients progress safely and confidently.
- Keep track of client progress with care, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Coach and encourage clients to move well using proper technique and safe exercise practices.
- Build genuine, positive relationships that help clients feel supported and motivated.
- Stay curious and engaged through ongoing learning, training, and team collaboration.
- Play an active role in creating the warm and welcoming community.
Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
- Coaching-focused role with NO sales responsibilities or sales targets
