Job Description Act as a senior finance business partner to Project Directors, GMs and regional leaders across Singapore, Southeast Asia and the Middle East Lead Group budgeting, forecasting and management reporting with strong focus on project margins, cost-to-complete and cash flow Provide commercial input into bids, project pricing, investment decisions and regional growth initiatives Strengthen financial discipline across EPC projects, including revenue recognition, WIP, variations, claims and working capital Drive finance improvement initiatives to simplify processes, reduce manual work and enhance reporting, consolidation and planning capabilities Own Group financial governance, controls and consolidation aligned to shareholder and institutional expectations, with operational execution handled by the team Support treasury, cash flow planning, banking facilities and financial risk management activities Manage, coach and develop a team of 4-5 finance staff, building capability beyond transactional accounting Act as the primary liaison with auditors, tax advisors, banks and other external stakeholders The Successful Applicant Degree-qualified in Accountancy or Finance; CPA/CA qualified with at least 15+years of progressive finance leadership experience Background in EPC, project-based, engineering, construction or infrastructure environments strongly preferred Strong combination of financial control, FP&A and business partnering experience Exposure to multi-entity, multi-region operations Comfortable operating in a privately owned, performance-driven environment Able to operate effectively at both strategic and execution levels What's on Offer Be a key contributor to the strategic direction of a leading industrial organisation Opportunity to work in a growth-focused and financially strong set up Competitive compensation package with long-term incentives
